Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered condition and with their original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of your purchase along with the original proof of purchase. li>
  • Gift cards cannot be returned

How to do it

Returns and exchanges are as easy as that:

  • Reason for return / exchanges
  • If you want to exchange or refund
  1. Pack your returned item (s) using the original packaging provided. And send it to:

  1. Once we have received your package, in approximately one week you will receive your new exchanged item or your refund.
  1. In case we have mistakenly shipped an item other than the item requested or that the quality of a product received is not acceptable, please contact us at hola@bynahla.com to arrange a return and / or exchange.

Do I have to pay something for a return?

To return any item purchased from Bynahla, simply contact a courier or local post office and send the product to us at the address above. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How will I receive my refund?

Once a return is approved, the purchase value will be refunded by the same method that made the original payment.

When will I receive my refund? span>

Once we have confirmed that the returned items are in perfect condition with all original packaging, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you the amount that will be credited to your account.

Other Considerations

Changes are Subject to availability of items.

Bynahla is not responsible if items are lost in the postal return process.

Returns with unpaid shipping costs will not be accepted.
